We at ecoBirdy are sure the goods we post on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

All orders placed on our website will be sent out from Belgium, where ecoBirdy is located.

For general delivery terms, outside of Europe, please refer to this page on the UPS website and this page on the FedEx website. Inside of Europe, please refer to this page on the DPD website.

Regular shipping takes 3-4 business days for European or 6-8 business days for international orders. Kindly notice that we work and deliver from Monday to Friday. After we prepare your order for shipping, you will receive a track and trace code that allows you to follow your parcel.

If you need an express service, please write to info@ecobirdy.com, and we will do our best to help you.

Please follow up your delivery closely and try not to miss the doorbell. Missing the delivery of your order may lead to potential parcel returns and additional delivery costs.

If you are purchasing a gift, we would be honoured to write a note for you, drop us a line after you place the order.

Kindly notice for addresses outside the EU, an import tax will be charged by the local government of the destination. UK shipments are affected by Brexit. Please read this announcement from the UK gov.

In case you change your mind, the order can be exchanged partially or fully. The products should be returned undamaged, and all the shipping expenses (including the initial shipping cost, returning shipping cost, import taxes and duties for international shipments entering the EU) are at the customer’s charge.  Check our policy and instructions for Return, Refund & Exchange here.
